Good value option for spending time in Amsterdam, with a tram stop within walking-distance. There aren't enough showers for the size of the campsite so some queueing is standard. In general, the facilities are adequate but could do with being cleaned a bit more regularly. The help-yourself herb garden is a very nice touch, as are the cute resident chickens... More

Spent a week at this fantastic location just outside Amsterdam's city centre in one of their quaint little cabins. Very friendly, English-speaking staff. Sociable environment with plenty to do whether kayaking, cycling etc and just a short walk (or tram ride) from the city centre.

Very efficient, professional, helpful, English speaking staff. Great campsite near to a river. The nearest train statioñ is a good 10-15 minutes walk from the campsite. Very clean unisex mixed toilet and shower facilities.

Arriving in the evening, the fairy lights of Zeeburg are a welcome sight. There are a few industrial buildings on the wee road, and you may feel you have lost your way. Not yet! Book first! Good amenities at a reasonable price. Book first! Great chance to meet other travellers. Book first! Easy cycle to the city or to head... More

... that we're not campers :D. Okay. So we slept between other cars and in the morning we felt like we were sleeping in a car. Before we went to "bed", we tried their restrooms and we decided that this is the last time and we'll have to leave early in the morning so that we'd have time to drive... More

We stayed for 3 days and were very satisfied with everything (showers, toilets,...). There's even a small shop with food and stuff one could need when camping but forgot at home ;) (like dish wash implements). You're in the city really quick by bike or even by foot and tram. But you can also chill at the camping ground, there's... More

Stayed in a wagonette, which was great. The insides are basic, but everything you need. There are a few things to do around the campsite, bike hire and kayaking. The bar/ restaurant serves good food, however not much choice for vegetarians or vegans and no Heineken or Amstel on draft. The staff were generally unattentive and quite nonchalant.

The campsite is right next to the water which is nice. You can park your car very close to your tent. The showers and toilets were clean! There is free wifi but it wasn't great in our tent although it worked fine in the bar/restaurant which was lovely. You do literally have everything you'll need around you. They have a... More

I stayed here with my TopDeck tour in our own little site. The campground was very clean including the washrooms. The campsite was in close proximity to downtown. The campground was very relaxed and I really enjoyed my stay :)
