Very nice camping, with lots of greenery, peace and quiet in the urban jungle. Friendly service, helpful in planning tours of Amsterdam.Access to showers, toilets and kitchen, wifi on site. We recommend to anyone Martyna and Seba.

Camping Vliegenbos is situated close to a park with many birds. They woke us up in the mornings, nice. By bike you are at the ferry going the the central station in a short time. The place is kept tidy and toilets clean. We will use the the place again at another visit to Amsterdam

the camp site was busy, the toilet/shower block was very clean, good pitches for campers/tents. Very good location from getting to central Amsterdam either by bus or ferry, easily accessible and fully understandable time table. the ferries were every 10 minutes and free.

we stayed for the DGTL Festival in that camping, the camping is really nice, we were in design tent and we had spaces to live, we were not stuck to other tents. I recommend this camping. The only problem we met is that the shop in the camping was a little bit expensive!

We stayed at Camping Vliegenbos for three nights. The site is easy to find using sat-nav and well sign posted in Amsterdam North. The site is surrounded by woodland and further afield the local suburban area which is slightly run down with council houses and apartments, broken glass on the pavements and litter. Several cars parked outside the site had... More

This is a great place for camping and visiting the city, it is a young crowd and can get rowdy but everyone is very helpful, friendly and kind. I will stay here every time I visit and I will send all my city camping friends here too!

We stayed for 5 days. It was the worst Place we have ever seen. One Night people arrived at 1 AM and they started to make noise and to urinate on and around peoples tents. It was a really bad area around the campingsite we did not feel save there at all...

My boyfriend and I went a tour around Europe for my birthday. Of all the campsites we stayed in, whether in Belgium, France and Germany, the Dutch Campsite, Vliegenbos was definitely the most value for money. Yes, its a little more expensive than some others in the area, but with 5 minute direct links to the city centre, the red... More

We stayed here on our tour of Europe and it was by far the most expensive site and poor value for money. When we found the entrance which is very poorly signposted we must admit the staff were helpful and we have a larger motor home so they did all they could to fit us in but the facilities are...
