Wow, what an amazing hotel. Everything was perfect. The most amazing thing about the Hotel is the fact that it is run by the most amazing family. Each and everyone of them has a smile and always do their level best to help you and make your stay as great as it possibly can be. They are always extremely friendly,... more

Stayed here for a few days. The room was basic and some of the furniture looked a little worn and so looked as if it needed replacing, but the room was clean and it had on suite which was the most important thing. The Staff were very helpful. I would reconmend this hotel for anyone who is on a budget... more

Very friendly staff, unique room, romantic garden, great breakfast (very special coffee) in a beautiful antique breakfast room. Hortus Botanicus, Artis Zoo and Hermitage at the Amstel River that we visited during our stay at Hotel Rembrandt all are worthwile and all are nearby. more

My wife and I and our three teenagers enjoyed very much our stay at the Hotel Rembrandt last month. Our eldest daughter is two years away from a possible year of study and travel in Europe, and this is exactly the kind of place we hope she and her friends will be able to stay in. It is family-run, the... more

This is an excellent choice in Amsterdam. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city center with a tram stop right in front, so it's quiet and convenient. The hotel has a very unique quality to it and definitely doesn't have the generic chain hotel feel to it. The staff members are very professional and personable, always... more

The Rembrandt is a charming hotel for those who don't need to be so close to Dam's Square. It's just a short walk or tram ride to get there, however. The hosts were so pleasant and accomodating. In the hotel breakfast room, you feel like you've gone back in time. Tram 9 goes right past the hotel and can easily... more

My second stay here in a few years. On tram 9 fifteen minutes to the Plantage Kerklaan stop from CS. This is a wonderful Amsterdam neighborhood with corner bar Cafe Koosjes, very good restaurants, lots of streetlife near entrance to the zoo. For history buffs, hotel is across the street from the Holland Theatre, the historic Jewish theatre until it... more

Great location and wonderful staff but don't stay in the family room!! It faces the main street and it was so loud. Tram stops right out front, which is great during the day but not at 6 am. Plus 2 out of the 3 nights that we were there we were awakened by loud people. When I say loud I... more
