I stayed here for work and woke up with hundreds of very sore itchy bites from bed bugs all over my face and body. When I spoke to the two guys on reception one of them thought it was funny the other found me another room on the 3rd floor without bugs. The bites became red sore and angry over... More

Very accommodating staff. Value for money hotel. We booked a twin bunk room and there was a bunk bed an another bed. It comes with a balcony and private toilet which was clean. Room was a bit of a squeeze but was not really an issue. Location of hotel is perfect. However, only complain would be the fact that the... More

This place a real hole, and its owners are the type of people that like to fleece its potential customers of their money at the first given opportunity. They would do well to look at some of the reviews people have left and act upon them. If you want to visit a hotel that is dirty, stinks, has various nasty... More

Took my boyfriend away for a romantic weekend in Amsterdam for his 21st: was not entirely impressed by the hotel due to the horrific smell of sewage from the bathroom, which was apparently 'cured' by the hotel staff with a can of air freshener. Booked a double bedroom which was two beds pushed together with no actual duvet on the... More

I spent four days in this hotel. The hotel has a good location close to Van Gogh museum, but I was disappointed by my room: - dirty sheet and blanket ( after one night I had a lot of bites ) - one light and one windows were broken - the walls of the room was disgusting and the floor... More

The key indicator here being all in the cost... it's cheap. Yes it looks tired inside and the decor hasn't been updated for a few decades. Yes the lift is a death trap (don't get in it) Yes the stairs and windy and filled with student types chatting on their respective phones so you have to squeeze past whilst avoiding... More

Truly disgusting hotel. During our stay we simply referred to the hotel as our 'filthy hovel'. The bathroom smelled like sewage, it smelt so badly that everytime we entered the room we were hit by the overwhelming stench of the bathroom. The owners clearly know there is a problem as they had put an air freshener on top of the... More

I rarely write reviews on Trip Advisor but after my experience at this 'hotel' i had to have my say. After reading the negative reviews for this hotel, i decided to take no notice and still book because of the cheap price. What a mistake. First of all, this hotel falsely advertises its rooms. The four of us booked a... More
