- Hotel Apple

I cannot actually believe the amount of amazing reviews this place has, I cannot believe that this is the same place that my friend and I have just had the displeasure to stay in. From the start we were given a room on the top floor which required mountaineering expertise to climb the steep stairs with heavy luggage. As two...

I stayed here a week ago and had a very pleasant experience.
A few comments:
WI-FI: it worked perfectly in our room. It's free of charge.
BREAKFAST: our rate included breakfast, which was good and simple. It included boiled eggs, a variety of hams, cheese, bread, fruits, cereal, milk, coffee... the usual for a continental breakfast. It was plenty and...

We have just visited this hotel for 3 nights. Had a great time. Staff were very helpful & room was clean with very comfy beds !! Location was in a quiet area but trams go past the hotel every few minutes. After reading some of the reviews people had left, I wasn't expecting it to be so good. Will definitely...

Located out of city centre, but trams only a 2 minute walk. Our room was adjacent to reception so no steeps stairs to carry luggage up. Linen and towels changed frequently, but had to use showers on maximum temperature to shower down bathroom to remove funny smell. Reception staff helpful. Breakfast was continental (9.5 euros) had meats but staff had...

I stayed with my boyfriend at the Apple Inn last month for 3 nights and I can really say "stay there" it is a really nice building in a beautiful area in Amsterdam very close to most attractions.
Buy a 72 hrs pass so you can take the tram, bus and subway any time or just walk, everything is close....

We stayed 2 nights after finding the hotel through a hotel voucher site.
From reading the mixed reviews and photos we were unsure of what to expect, but the photos do flatter the hotel a little. Despite the nearby tram line being closed for maintenance and therefore having to trek with luggage for 20 minutes, we arrived well before check-in...
