Great little hotel. Close enough to jump on the tram into the city but out the way enough for it to be quiet. Very clean. Breakfast is quite good, good food just a very small selection. Rating "excellent" (misinterpreted the symbol before!) Being September now, I recall green parrots and blossoms of magnolia tree from a private balcony with a spotless and quiet room, conveniently located so that we could take the tram to Central Station area.
