I spent a week in a comfortable, well designed, and immaculate single room. The staff were invariably pleasant and helpful. The number 2 tram is a short walk away, but I often walked to the museums. The neighborhood itself offers great, high-end restaurants, and the Vondelpark is right there. All I can say is, I loved this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay overall; the location couldn't be beat, tram #2 ran right outside the hotel door. Reception staff was amazing, very quick to respond to any issue. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, if I could ever make it back to Amsterdam!

Stayed here in February with my partner. Was absolutely wonderful would only stay in this hotel if we re-visited Amsterdam. Tram stop is right outside the hotel about a minute walk so really handy. Rooms are very modern and clean and bathroom was lovely. Bed was really comfy and clean. Heard no noise whatsoever was nice and quiet. The reception... More

Staff is very open and helpful. Even if not a deluxe hotel, here they take care of the detail and offer an useful service paying attention to the aestethic aspect with a clear good taste everywhere. Of course, traditional old Dutch small stairs are not easy to deal with carrying the luggage, but are the peculiarity of the old Dutch... More

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was really nice, rooms were clean, neighbourhood was safe and near a beautiful park. A bit far from the centre(Dam Square) if you plan to walk but with tram it is 5 minutes. It is really close to museums. Thanks again for this pleasant experience.

Light and airy, beds bouncy but very comfortable.Bathroom just a little small but lovely hot shower with towels. I had only two nights in Amsterdam, and I typically alternate between larger, high-end hotels and more small, boutique oriented properties. After considering the Andaz and the Waldorf-Astoria, I chose to go with Hotel The Neighbour's Magnolia since it was 1/3 of the price. I was not expecting to be blown away by the charm of this boutique property! Staff... More

This is where I will stay in Amsterdam every time from now on. The hotel is spotlessly clean, both public areas and the rooms. The rooms have proper blackout curtains as well as a sun screen. There is nothing fancy in the basic room but it is comfortable and has a good bed, desk an chair etc. You can add... More
