Stayed here last weekend (10-13th), loved the hotel and will 100% be going back. Bed was SO big and comfy. Shower was really good. Tea, coffee and milk in the room (brilliant surprise). Annoying they charge £3 to leave your bag in the reception for the day- a bit money grabbing. Location was a bonus, tram 2 stops just outside... More

Travelling for a long weekend away on a student budget, you don't want to expect much, but this hotel was so great! You hop on a 197 from the airport, walk for five minutes and there you are, outside a beautiful hotel! We left our bags in the side room free of charge as we arrived before check-in, and we... More

Spent 4 nights here. Although we upgraded our room we heard no complaints from other guests about their rooms. We were perfectly happy with ours. Situation is fantastic if you want to visit galleries. Although there are lots of bars & restaurants close by, if you want the Amsterdam night live stay closer to the centre. We were very happy... The rooms were small but comfortable and the location fabulous - close to the Rijkmuseum and Van Gogh museum in the museum quarter, the tram stop was just across the road and the area had many very good cafés and restaurants.

Positive: Nice little hotel, excellent location in an fancy residential zone, 5 min walk to the museum's plein, small room but had all the basics. Negative: you can hear everyone that passes by your door They charged two euros to print the online check in

Firstly the location of the hotel is great and very easy to find from Centraal Station. It's a 5 minute walk from all the museums and some really pricey designer stores, so perhaps the price is reflective of this. The room we were staying in was clean and had everything we needed. One negative was the fact that you could... More

Positives: Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Great location to the main museums. Located in a really nice area of Amsterdam. Tram stops outside. Rooms are a good size and clean. Negatives: Very dated, not worth the money you pay. The prices should be halved. Room had a smell. You could hear people walking above like they were in... More

The hotel is practically right at one of Vondelpark's entrances. Easy to get around with Tram #2 stopping less than a hundred meters from the hotel, and many other Tram lines just a block away. The hotel is close to all the nice things: museums, concert hall, shopping, supermarket, etc. The hotel is in a walking distance from the high-end... More

If you need a centrally located small Hotel, are on a short trip (with little luggage) don't want to spend a fortune and just need a place to sleep, the Atlas Hotel would be the right choice. Our room (2 single beds) was clean, but very small, the bathroom even smaller. You'll find a hair dryer, but p.ex no extra... More

The pluses were the excellent location - ideal for the museums and next door to the Vondelpark. Also the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the water was always hot. The minuses were the threadbare towels and industrial type soap in the rather cramped bathroom and the rather unpleasant tape stuck to the base of the... More
