The hotel is located a stone's throw from Leidseplein, which is a connection point for many trams and buses, including a direct bus line to Schiphol airport. I have been stayed there for 4 nights. The room was on the ground floor. There were no telephone in the room. No minibar either. You have hot water 24 hours and heating. The reception was helpful. The breakfast is simple but good. If I go back to Amsterdam I will absolutely stay there cause it covers all my expectations.
