Don't expect five star quality. Because it isn't five star price. But for what you pay at this hotel it's great. The location is excellent and amenities are fine. Would definitely stay here again. The shower was good and the beds were comfy, that's pretty much all you need for Amsterdam. The room has a safe to store belongings and... More

Hotel with a great location. Close to everything - from station 5 minutes walk; Red District - 2 minutes; Shopping street 2 minutes ...... Very good service. Good breakfast. Room a little small but it has everything - kettle = a big plus. I would recommend for everyone

This hotel is situated in the red light district and close to everything. It is well operated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and my only caution is that we had a devil of a time getting our luggage up the last two floors as it was a narrow stairwell only access to our... More

1) free wifi Internet provided , got my Lebara Euro10-1GB traffic at makeshift store otuside MoneyGram $changer, on route to Centraal Train station, along the stretch of tourist shop, retails. 2) church bell goes off every 15minutes, quite annoying 3) noisy late evening 4) 5-10minutes walk to Amsterdam Centraal (connecting to eurorail and Schiphol airport train) 5) police station is... Stayed here in November to see a Paolo Nutini concert. This hotel is in an ideal location. In the middle of the centre of Amsterdam.Minutes walk from all local attractions including Dam square,Anne Franks annexe,Madame Tussaudes,Van Gogh museum the list is endless. 5 minute walk from central station. Lots of bars restaraunts and take aways steps from the door. The room... More

The best thing about this hotel is its location and free wifi. Otherwise my stay here was average. I was meant to arrive with my partner however he had to have his flight change. After 24 hours of flight from Australia I was told that the room we booked for (standard double) was not available till tomorrow and I had... More

Disappointing start to the holiday when checking in. Arrived at hotel at around 3pm, room wasn't ready and was told it would be another hour wait when it states check in is from 2pm. Room was quite small and compact with low ceilings for two people which made the temperature very warm. Frequent bell ringing from the church outside from... More

At first glance, this hotel is perfect! In fact at any glance, this hotel is perfect. It's situated on a quiet side road, which is literally two minutes away from Dam Square. We had a Twin Superior room for three of us and couldn't have asked for more. The room was very generously sized, each of us had an extremely... More

We were given a basement room with NO window. Room for 3 was too warm and too small. Average service ar best. Not happy about being stuck in a basement room for 2 nights. Best thing about the hotel is that it is in a good spot. Only 5 mins from the train station and right next to the red... More

The staff, facilities, breakfast were all good but the room was very average. We had a room for four adults which was very tight on space. With the cases on down there was hardly any floor space. The room was clean but needed decorating, the bathroom was functional and well stocked with the usual stuff but dirty grouting let it... More
