The hotel is pretty basic and the rooms are small but to us it seemed fair for the price. The hotel is right next to Vondelpark and within walking distance from everything we wanted to see. If you're interested in the museums- you're in the right place. Much like the other reviews said, the stairs are steep and uneven- but... More

When we arrived the staff at the hotel were great and let us check in early for an extra €10 which was good as our flight landed at 9am and we weren't able to check in until 2pm. They were very helpful throughout our stay also. The room was at a good standard, nothing amazing but it was secure, clean... More

I've been staying here for 8 years and visited 17 times across all three Quentin hotels in Amsterdam. This is the best of the 3. I stayed last September and they have deep upped their game since then! Little touches such as hairdryer and remote control without deposit, bed spread and a floor lamp-I know this sounds small fry but... More

Very simple, but our room was a nice size, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, helping us print boarding passes and suggesting and explaining another method for getting to the airport. Only real downside is how thin the walls are. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a budget hotel.

The hotel's small but very well located, near Vondelpark and Leidseplein. No elevator and narrow and steep staircases (it's an old bulding) but room looked clean. The bathrrom is very small but functional. Do not expect any extra details in your room other than your bed, linen and TV but the staff was polite and helpful. There is a small... More

I book this hotel through Expedia! Then I looked it up on trip adviser! I was slightly put oglff by all the negative comments! So I arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised the staff were really friendly and helpful! I stayed in room 102 on the first floor! Room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was good! The... We stayed for five nights and this was our 3rd visit. The hotel is situated in a historic house, and that limits the changes that they are able to do to the fabric of the building. We stayed In room 106 which was on the 1st floor. Twin beds; perfectly comfortable; en suite bathroom with shower; sink and loo; and... More

We were put in a basement, in an extremely small room, a broken pedestal fan and the only ventilation was a small opening in the wall of the room which was at the same level as the footpath outside on the street. Will never stay again here

I try to avoid leaving bad reviews, because I'm a budget traveler and often make allowances for certain inconveniences. That being said, I feel obliged to let other travelers know that this was, bar none, the worst hotel experience I've ever had (and I travel a lot). The room was tiny and unclean (filthy carpet, stains on the wall), with... More

I had the misfortune to be booked in here through my employer. Myself and a colleague were stopping here purely for rest and relaxation before we embarked on a long drive across europe. I stayed in a basement room which im not joking measured 8ft X 5ft with a 2ft 6inch wide bed, no wardrobe, very small shower/toilet room and... More
