Stayed here for 3 nights in November for a short break. Location is great, bed comfy, tea and coffee available and changed regularly. Modern furniture but walls, bathroom and ceiling tiles dated and need a refurb! Small but functional bathroom and despite being met with a smell of damp or sewage when entering the room and views of a block... More

It doesn't really look like a 3 star hotel. Quite neglected and dirty. All the cups in our room were stained, the room full of webs. Some of the staff were nice, others quite rude. The wifi wasn't working properly. The price they charge is too high for this hotel. Good position anyway.

Not a 3 star hotel really, a bit neglected and way too noisy.. The price they charge for the room is way too high for this hotel. There are other central hotels with the same price per night which are much better. Breakfast was good. 15-20 mins walk to Dam square, if the weather is good it's a really nice... More

Nice and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities in the room, bright bathroom, perfect location, ideal for short city break, only one minus: I think they have some problems with prepaid reservations and charging credit cards in advance

no. just no! first of all i have to say and clear that i'm not spoiled at all! i can bare almost every environments and conditions.. but that was too much even for inner-hobo like me... the room was so small that you couldn't even take out your stuff from the suitcase, the room itself never been cleaned since the day... We stayed here for three nights as a couple in January this year. Our double room was spacious enough with quite simple decor which suited us just fine, the room and bathroom were both kept clean with fresh tea, toiletries e.t.c. daily. The location was also ideal, with the area being nice and quiet yet close to the centre so... More

This place is pretty decent but the bare minimum. If you're expecting 5 stars, you're in the wrong place. The hotel is pretty entry level. We stayed in the first floor and had 4 single beds for three of us. The room was clean, beds were clean/comfy and there was a safe. Location: The hotel is not in the middle... More

Worst hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! Location was the only good thing about it. Why they've got four rooms on the ground floor I will never know - we were put in room 22 and we were kept awake all night by the lift going up and down, people coming in at all hours and using... More

We accept that it is summer when we were there in July and paid accordingly. However, it did not meet even our low expectations. viz. room was small, no air conditioning, bathroom not clean and probably the shower curtains need changing as there was an unpleasant smell. A small fan was provided but it was hidden in the wardrobe. Guess... More

I would find it extremely difficult to recommend this hotel to anybody after the experience me and three friends had here last month. From the minute we stepped into the hotel, there was several issues. Arriving at 11am, we were told check in was not until 2pm, which was no problem at all apart from the fact that the hotels...
