Lovely weekend until morning of departure when one couple noticed their sterling £85.00 had been stolen. Reception were indifferent,the Police were most helpful. Another couple also had £30.00 stolen but didn't discover it in time to report it to the Police. Spoiled what had been a great time. more

We prebooked this Hotel prior to departure, and were very happy with the standard for the rate. We disembarked a River cruise ship and it was a short taxi ride to the Hotel. Good budget hotel...located only 5 mins away from Dam square.....lot of eateries around......Central station is also only a 5 min walk......good view from the rooms(i was staying on the top floor)....very helpful front desk more

Got moved here from the hotel I'd actually booked at, so didn't arrive in the best of moods, but was calmed down by an efficient and swift check-in. This hotel is well located near to the station but away from the melee of the immediate station area. What really lets it down is the rooms - mine was so cramped... more

The service was good. The staff on reception were very helpful. The hotel was clean and the room, although small, was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was plenty of choice. Our only fault was the bathroom shower which ran over the floor. I would certainly use this hotel again and have already recommended it to friends. more
