I stayed at the Omega hotel from 27 Feb to 2 March with my partner, sister and her partner. The hotel is basic and I’m aware you get what you pay for. With this in mind, my review is as follows:- POSITIVES Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. Trams are easily accessible. Our room was spacious with three beds and was... More

I can't fault the hotel for friendly staff and clean rooms. The rooms were outdated, the shower couldn't stay on a happy medium temperature and the rooms weren't big but it was a pleasant stay. We had a working fridge, which was nice, and the rooms were cleaned and tidied each day. The faults I will give the hotel is... More

No frills City hotel totally satisfied with location, short walk to Tram stop leading to all the city sites. Breakfast was basic but everything there was fresh and plenty. Hotel staff were very friendly and gave directions and advice with a smile. Room was small but clean and everything worked. If your looking for a cheap inner city hotel that's... More

Me and a friend stayed at this hotel for three nights! We thought it was a good hotel, it was pretty basic but had everything you need, staff are friendly and helpful, food is ok and there is something for everyone, decent rooms and ours had a balcony, the beds were very comfortable and it was clean!! You get exactly... More

I have just returned from a two day trip to Amsterdam with my partner and this is the hotel that I was allocated through WOWCHER; nothing WOW about it. This hotel, should not be classed as a hotel, in fact, it should be closed down. I am sure there are far superior hostels in Amsterdam. We had enough time to... More

It was cheap! That is what i kept telling myself and others in our party. We booked this hotel as a cheap break away with some work friends, so it was only to be used as a base for exploring Amsterdam. We landed early and couldn't check in until 1400 which is nothing new and had no problem going for... More

What a tip, utter disappointment on arrival, rooms not sorted out staff had to move people about in order to get our 4 rooms, windows and doors didn't close properly, twin room had 2 beds crammed in with one hard up against the radiator, no bar as advertised, no shuttle to airport as advertised, had to find a member of... Overall the experience was okay, rooms were clean and basic but that was perfect for us. A group of us stayed in Amsterdam for 3 days, and it was very close to the tram line across the street which took you into the city in 15 minutes. Breakfast was average, wasn't a varied choice but again it served its purpose.... More

We are just back from Amsterdam and had a great time, apart from the Omega Hotel! Extremely run down, tiny bedrooms, mattress too big for the bed frame, heating pleases itself, breakfast is very basic and the bar doesn't even exist. In my opinion, this hotel should not be sold to good paying customers through travel agents, its a tip... More
