We were a bit surprised here because we thought this was a hotel when we booked on trip advisor but it turns out to be a private set of apartments. This was both good and bad. The place, considering we knew that the people next door were here to party, was very quiet. The apartment was huge! Wifi was included... More

The apartment itself is nice (specially for Amsterdam) and included most of what you would need. We where greated by a nice chap called Kimo. He took time to give us some recomendations of the area and made us feel welcome. On the down side the suites have steep stairs with no elevator. We where also suprised with a 50€... More

Thank you for you nice review. Sorry to hear you you have some issues. Our building is from 1925 and an art deco historical building. We cannot change the stairs . The 50,00 Euro service fee is per day or per week, you stay one night . We ask this so we can guaranty that a suite from 60m2 is... More

This place is truly an amazing hotel. The space is incredibly well-designed but practical at the same time. There is so much space!!!! And what a price, specially for Europe. And the location?! OMG, do not get me started on the location: a 4-minute walk to the Van Gogh Museum! And the owner? I loved him. What a great sweet... More

Thank you for your review. I love people like you to think about heathy living. WIFI is the same radiation from a microwave, and you know what happen with the food. We received the Green Leaders Platinum award with all our healthy issues and hope people will do the same home. More

After three weeks in Europe in small stuffy hotel rooms we finally got to Heemskerk Suites for our last 4 days in Amsterdam. Norman and Sonia greeted us warmly and explained everything taking time to give us tips and telling us about the neighborhood with a map. The location is perfect with the airport bus stopping just 1/2 block from... More

Traveling with 3 people is frequently a hassle when it comes to hotels, so I booked the Heemskerk Suites based on that and the great reviews on Trip Advisor. The reviews were right--we absolutely loved it. First on the list of things to love is Norman! He greeted us when we got there with a map on which he proceeded... More

The Suites are located close to the Museumplein. Numerous trams and buses connect at this location although Amsterdam is small enough that most sites are within easy walking distance. Bus 197 can take you direct from Schiphol Airport to within a hundred meters of the Suites. This bus goes about every 15 minutes and you can pay on board. Norman... More
