Free wireless and a large, very comfortable room in a building that is largely modern. The only negative is that there was no real local feel except for the bar and restaurant which were from older buildings that the hotel built around. Great staff. Very helpful. Close to several cafes and restaurants that were enjoyable. more

If I'd stayed at this hotel during the autumn or winter, then I'd suspect I'd score it 4 or 5 stars, but there was a serious issue with the hotel during my 11 night stay there at the end of June, start of July 2009. First the good parts. * The hotel is in a superb location. Most things are... more

The location of this hotel is excellent when you are in Amsterdam as a tourist. Everything is within walking distance. It is in a very quiet street but walking 10 minutes will take you to many areas for dining, night life, shopping or whatever you want to do in Amsterdam. Breakfast is as always for Radisson Blu (formerly Radisson SAS)... more

A great location, just walk out and you are in the Red Light district right down the street! The rooms are good, although I got a view of a roof from another building - so ask for a good view! The best thing I experienced is the great breakfast, which was included in the cost. A good range of delicious... more

Located in the heart of Amsterdam, the Radisson Blu Hotel offers a unique opportunity to experience a modern metropolis that has not lost its historical ambience. I stayed there for one week for a training program and found it to be a wonderful place. The hotel is quite close to city's main attractions like the shopping district.I stayed in business... more

Very friendly and efficient staff. The standard king room was definitely on the small side and the TV was a tiny crt... Decor is standard business hotel-like: no frills. The breakfast buffet was extremely well-assorted. Mmmmmm! Free Wi-Fi. Not the fastest out there, but it was there (and it was free!). Location is great for the average tourist. Everything is... more

I stayed in this hotel during a May 2009 business trip to Amsterdam. I took a train from the airport to the main train station in central Amsterdam. From there it was a 5 minute cab ride to the hotel. For those who haven't visited Amsterdam - it is a very walkable/bike-able city. If your visit will be mostly to... more

Nice hotel with interesting, if a little dated rooms. Location is great for sightseeing, right in the middle of it all without being noisey. Service as always at a Radisson was 5 star - could not be more helpful. more
