Room is perfect, amenities are okay, services are good - overall everything is good. I will highly recommend everyone to stay there. The location was also very good indeed. The price is little bit high as per me in compare to all the things got in return.

BEWARE.....Based on multiple reviews, we attempted to book a stay. We followed the link from Trip Advisor to their website. The rate quoted was in USD. We completed the booking and when the confirmation was received the rate was the same number, but quoted in Euros. Almost 10 percent more. We contacted the hotel to question this difference. They told... More

I stayed 3 nights during ISE. Hotel looks outside nice Dutch architecture. When you step in to lobby area you feel good for the warm atmosphere. Rooms are nice and if you get thirsty during your trip open your minibar and grab a beer. Or id you are after stronger stuff, then pour directly from bottle to your glas stronger... More

Loved this place. There are plenty of reviews here that outline the 'inclusive' concept so I won't labour that, but it is a pleasure to wander back into the hotel after a long day, snag a soft drink and a coffee, and know that you're not having €10 added to your bill for the privilege. The location is fantastic -... More

I think this was our 4th visit to this hotel. We have stayed in a few places when visiting Amsterdam, but since finding this little gem we won't stay anywhere else now. Always a warm welcome and love the endless cups of coffee and tea. Most welcoming after a trip out in the cold weather. The staff are very friendly,... More

If you like comfort and to relaxe this is a Nice place for both. Our room had very little natural light because of very small Windows. But the room was nice and the bathroom was large with both shower and bathtub. The open "bar" was nice, But the food/snacks could be better. Anyway, we'll Come back :-)

A little bit old fashioned, but very charming. The staff was very nice and helpful. I lost my passport and Natasha (I think that was her name), she was a trainee, made everything for helping me. Nice cheese buffet, and drinks all day.Fine breakfast. We can recommand this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in walking distance of the centre and all the key touring areas in the city. Staff at the hotel are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, not big but well-equipped and the provision of drinks and snacks in the lounge and room makes it feel more like a home than hotel. Whilst not cheap,... More
