A little bit old fashioned, but very charming. The staff was very nice and helpful. I lost my passport and Natasha (I think that was her name), she was a trainee, made everything for helping me. Nice cheese buffet, and drinks all day.Fine breakfast. We can recommand this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in walking distance of the centre and all the key touring areas in the city. Staff at the hotel are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, not big but well-equipped and the provision of drinks and snacks in the lounge and room makes it feel more like a home than hotel. Whilst not cheap,... More

Spent a few days here on a last leg of a european vacation. Great location to everything we wanted to be near. LOVED the communal living room at the front of the hotel that offered free alcohol & snacks. Great idea to have IPADS on the tables to allow visitors to browse. This atmosphere allowed the guests to mingle and... More

From the great consideration for my early check in (9am!), to the very comfortable and efficient room (free bar cart of liquor) to waking up to an excellent complimentary breakfast that rivaled most meals I had during my week in Amsterdam this hotel has the complete package. Plus my work colleagues appreciated working in the great lobby area and I... More

I booked this hotel through priceline.com for a business trip to Amsterdam. I arrived too early to go to the office but the receptionist allowed me to have my room early. This was a HUGE benefit. I was able to have a shower and get ready for my workday. The very comfortable bed had 4 different types of pillows and... More

We just returned from 4 nights at this great establishment. We have only good things to say about it. The staff was warm, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is optimal for all directions 0 Centrum, shopping or museums The "all inclusive" is such a relief unlike other establishments the nickel and dime you to death. - Hot, cold, soft, alcoholic-... The things that stand at most at this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and super helpful. Second would be the inclusive bar in the looby with coffee in the morning and wine and snacks in the afternoon and evening. The looby is set up great for socializing. My room was large and well appointed. I had a nice view... More

I have never felt so comfortable and cosseted staying away from home. Location is perfect and the staff have great skill and patience. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is anticipated. I like the sociability in the lounge around the cheese and the fire, I loved my bed and its pillows and the Italian shower and the breakfast and the... More
