The hotel is at a great location for tourists, right opposite to the railway station. The hotel has rooms at two sides: in the original building; and in a connected newer attached building. I have stayed at this hotel before in a room in the new building, and had a very good experience. This time I was given a room... More

I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip (3 days). The hotel was very central and opposite the Central station which was perfect when traveling from the airport. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The breakfast was ideal as there was a large selection of... More

I've stayed in other hotels in Amsterdam and I'd definitely use here again. I read sone of the reviews that said the staff were not friendly. My experience was friendly helpful staff. There are 2 parts to the hotel. The older Victoria side with slightly dates rooms. On the other hand my room was huge, clean and everything in it... More

We had a short family break in Amsterdam (3 Nights) and stayed at the Victoria Park Plaza which was ideal for us being central and right across from the central station, it,s the first central hotel you see as the train pulls in. We stayed in the urban rooms which were a good spec and very clean, and comfy bed... More

We booked this hotel as we wanted to be in the centre and with a swimming pool for the kids. The concierge and reception staff were excellent. The restaurant was fine but the waiting staff were slow to respond to requests and the room wasn't serviced promptly (e.g. coffee resupplies). The swimming pool was unusually cold, which was disappointing.

I choose the park Plaza Victoria for its great location across from Central Station. I was not disappointed. From Central Station you can access most of the tram lines throughout the city which makes sightseeing quite easy. The hotel has two sections old and new. We stayed in the old section with a view of the Central Station. The non... More

Great location close to everything in town. Very helpful and nice staff. We were put in a room in the old section. This was not a very nice room. They were glad to move us to the newer side. It was so much nicer. The rooms are a good size and very clean. However the beds were very hard for... More

We spent four days in June'13 during our training. Personnel seemed very polite, breakfast was quite delicious, though like in many hotels menu wouldn't change everyday. We had a chance to go to an inside pool - a little bit small yet cozy. I was surprised that in order to get slippers and a bathing gown we had to call... More

Paid 140€/night not including breakfast but the location is perfect and the large room (231) was very intriguing with a mezzanine level for the bed and a large device hanging in the open area. A mill? Ancient torture device? hotel staff not the wiser either.
