The hotel was of a very good quality, as one may expect with the associated price. Small details were thought of and that showed in the furnishing of the rooms. Automatic blinds to allow you to view the city skyline from the bath (should you wish to) and speakers to hear the music from the bathroom. Small touches which go... More

Good hotel. Very professional and quiet environment Location : This should be the only minor problem I have with the hotel, with the location a bit off city centre. If you cycle, should not be a problem. Around 15-20 minutes to city centre. Rooms. Great rooms. Big and clean. Very good bathtub which included even sea salt. Service : Fantastic... More

I had a junior suite accomodation in this hotel. The quality of the building is great and the hall reflects the minimalist but very elegant Japanese style. The staff is very professional, it could look a bit cold and impersonal but on business trips it is also no more than what you expect. However, they showed me the room and... More

My daughter and I were here for a couple of nights recently and had a very enjoyable stay. The service was top notch. The concierge made an amazing recommendation for dinner nearby. There is a tram station close to the hotel and the concierge was able to give us explicit directions to various places we wanted to go. A very... More

We stayed at The Okura to celebrate my husbands 50 anniversary. We had a very nice junior suite on the 4th Floor. The room was quiet with a lovely bed. The employees behind the receptiondesk where very attentive and helpfull. I would specially like to mention Sergey who really took great care of us, and anticipated on our nerds. We... More

I stayed 2 nights in the business/conference hotel and was pleased with the service and the facilities. Good restaurant too with excellent cuisine. Great conference venue. First time I've ever been in a hotel with a glass walled bathroom.

Stayed 3 nights at Okura Amsterdam as part of a business trip. Rooms are excellent, very modern, well equipped and well furnished. From check-in onwards staff were always attentive and very polite. I stayed only bed and breakfast, which was excellent, great choice. Restaurants looked expensive compared to what is available nearby. Prices in sky bar on 23rd expensive, but... More

I arrived late, received good, efficient service from the porter and the check in desk and a very very nice room. The Okura hotel is much classier than it's surroundings. I did not try the lounge, bar or restaurant, but the hotel had a lovely atmosphere

The Okura has been around a long time. That being said I enjoyed my stay here even though it was many years ago. My one complaint was a very rude concierge who is long gone. My memory is long lasting. The rooms are beautiful as are the amenities. The breakfast is great as is the city with so much to... More
