The service and luxurious look and feel of this hotel deserves Triple AAA status. I always feel Important as from the start to the end of my stay. They take notes on what your preferences are and I'm always surprised about getting perfect attention when I arrive. Both private and business stays are a gift to myself.

Very friendly staff and excellent facilities. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 15th Floor and had great views of Amsterdam. The hotel has several restaurants to choose from (We tried Serre which was great). The Health Club Pool and High Speed Wifi were free as we signed up to their (free) membership service.

Don't be put off, it's a beautiful property but if you're going expecting to sample a traditional Dutch stay then this is not your place. However, it's very nice regardless, typically Japanese in every way. Great rooms, stunning health club (sadly you have to pay to use it) and incredible food options for both breakfast and dinner. It's all a... More

The hotel was in an area I wasn't familiar with, however it's very near public transportation. They will also arrange a taxi ride for you. My husband and I attended a work party on the premises. The room was located on the 10th floor and we had a great view of the city of Amsterdam. The room was impeccable and... More

We stayed in an executive room on the 17th floor with access to the Spa. We enjoyed the spacious and elegant room, the japanese warm WC and the fantastic bigwindows bathroom with rainshower and bathtube with TV. The room was really clean, well serviced in every detail. The breakfast was excellent, the staff is always polite and helpfull. We tried... More

The hotel was of a very good quality, as one may expect with the associated price. Small details were thought of and that showed in the furnishing of the rooms. Automatic blinds to allow you to view the city skyline from the bath (should you wish to) and speakers to hear the music from the bathroom. Small touches which go... More

Good hotel. Very professional and quiet environment Location : This should be the only minor problem I have with the hotel, with the location a bit off city centre. If you cycle, should not be a problem. Around 15-20 minutes to city centre. Rooms. Great rooms. Big and clean. Very good bathtub which included even sea salt. Service : Fantastic... More

I had a junior suite accomodation in this hotel. The quality of the building is great and the hall reflects the minimalist but very elegant Japanese style. The staff is very professional, it could look a bit cold and impersonal but on business trips it is also no more than what you expect. However, they showed me the room and... More
