Very helpful staff, clean rooms, right in the middle of everything. The location is probably the biggest selling point. My only complaint is I could hear a lot of noise from the street in the middle of night, but for the most part, it was a great hotel. more

Absolutely great location on Damrak right at Dam Square and easy walking distance to Central Station. Makes a great 'home base' for discovering the city, and is also convenient for discovering other towns near Amsterdam given its location near the Central Station. Rooms on the front of the hotel may be larger but Damrak (street where hotel is situated off Dam Square) is a very busy thoroughfare.
