good hotel for medium size business meetings or city trip. Several meeting rooms with you can include good catering during the meeting. Also good for city trip in the heart of Amsterdam only 5min. For the central station. And by train 16 min. From schiphol airpor. Train ticket one way cast you less than 5 euro.(2015)

I really liked this hotel, most of the staff was very friendly. My flight arrived very early and I got to the hotel at 5:30 a.m., I was immediately given a great room with a King size bed -- they also offered me a late check out and were just very accommodating. I was in room 930 which might be... More

Nice welcome. Nice room. No wi fi.(Although not the end of the world). No residents bar (We wanted a nice drink after a long day before we went to bed. Bar man says we are closed (12.20am). Never known this before.) Anyway, Amsterdam makes up for it. Old sailors bar, Rembrandt plein(bars, clubs and restaurants, 25 min walk), the sights,... More

This is a really nice hotel located just a short walk from Amsterdam Central Train Station and within easy access to most of the major Amsterdam tourist locations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a ton of food options nearby. The rooms aren't lavish or hip/modern but are very comfortable and some have some nice Amsterdam touches... More

I honestly was amazed by the hotel exterior, walking from Centraal station was about 10 minutes. Easily accessible to anything along the transit lines. Was a great location but should you be staying on the third floor you may get lost EASILY !! the hallways were the nightmare, though the room was spacious, well lit and had everything you could... I was not disappointed. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. My room overlooked the street. Occasionally, it was noisy, but only during the day, and nothing that would cause me to switch rooms. The tub had a very high step up. I don’t know how a handicap person could get in the... More

We spent 5 days in Amsterdam at the Renaissance and were very happy. When we first arrived and got to our room, we weren't happy with the smallish queen size bed. We called down to the front desk and within minutes we were given another room on the same floor that completely suited our needs. Hotel is centrally located in... More

A clean and comfortable room and we ate a pleasant dinner in their restaurant. The hotel is near the Central Station and in easy walking distance to picturesque houses and canals. But staff on reception when we arrived were incredibly slow and chatting to one another as they dealt with the people in front of us. Another staff member stepped... More

We stayed here for three nights the first week of March. Our arrival was at 8:30 am after a flight from Dar es Salaam. I checked in the night before on Marriott's mobile website check in app. Our room was ready. We stopped at the desk to get our key and left our luggage for delivery to our room. We... More
