No complaints except the universal two -- expensive breakfast and expensive wifi access. Other than that, this is a hotel with great rooms, superior staff, and a wonderful location. There was nothing to really write a negative about.

The staff here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the major museums and there is a tram stop out the front. There is a nice gym and sauna. The hotel is also well priced .

We stayed for several nights in a reasonable sized room on the first floor overlooking the river.
