As an American who lives and works in Europe, I know a thing or two about european hotels. I have stayed at the Jan Tabak twice and recommend it without hesitation. It is located in a lovely area of exclusive homes I highly encourage a walking tour of. Bussum itself has a number of upscale boutique shops and trendy bars... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night after not being able to find accommodation in Amsterdam. It turned out to be a great decision. There is free parking at the hotel.
