Lovely hotel in a nice central location, helpful staff, great service. Rooms were lovely, clean and tidy. Defnitely worthwhile, would recommend! Room service was a bit expensive, but as is expected of 5 star hotels, was not a problem, easy to find, no complaints, very close to most of amsterdams most visited sights. We would definitely stay here again and recommend... More

Have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay. The hotel is in the ideal location. Just be careful of the room you are allocated. We were put in a modern double room in the conference part of the hotel. It was very white, very clinical and quite small with a tiny glass partioned bathroom. It was also VERY cold... More

We stayed for 3 nights in February and were very pleased with both the standards and the location which is excellent. very central and many attractions within walking distance. The concierge service was very helpful and knowledgeable and we aere able to purchase tickets in advance at the hotel for the Hermitage centre which meant no queuing on the day!... More

We stayed for 3 nights. We wanted 2 adjoining rooms as we are a family of 4. I emailed the hotel 3 days before to request this and had a very speedy reply to say this would be done. We did indeed get 2 deluxe adjoining rooms which we were pleased with. Rooms are large and functional. Lots of storage... More

Having stayed here 25 years ago we were only too happy to stay again. The location is ideal and the hotel is warm and welcoming. We had a standard room which was large and comfortable at the back of the hotel with views over the rooftops of Amsterdam. We were able to check in early and our baggage was stored... More

We had rooms in the new build which were comfortable and had touches off luxury with dressing gowns and slippers. Excellent breakfasts with great variety in fab winter garden. Building . I had a single room with breakfast cost £201.00 total a really good deal for this hotel. On check in I asked if any of the refurbished rooms were available and got an ultra modern room in the new part of the hotel. Not being ultra modern myself the room felt a bit sterile but it had style and comfort... More

We have just returned from a long weekend in Amsterdam, and have stayed at the Grand Krasnapolsky. From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. We arrived Saturday afternoon, and were quickly taken care of. A deluxe room for 3 was requested, and was confirmed upon check in. Our room was in the adjacent wing, which took 2 minutes... More

It was our second stay at Krasnapolsky in Nov-2012 and it was fantastic. We got an upgrade room, view to the Dam Square, that hotel is unique, decoration, hall, buffet, food, everything, we love it, easy access to everything in Amsterdam, great choice, no mistake if you like for a superior hotel.
