I booked on line via booking.com for three nights in a junior suite. i was quoted a price and i accepted. On arrival at the hotel I was told that there were no junior suites available and I had been booked into a double room. The receptionist told me that my final bill would reflect the lower charge. On departure... More

Had a great short break staying in this place, great location and really friendly staff. We stayed in a suite, huge room for a great price with brilliant deep bath and large separate shower. Breakfast was very good if a little disorganised at times but would definitely stay here again, great little beer garden out back too!

My husband booked a 'studio apartment' in this hotel based on price and location. The Hotel is lovely, very smart and the public areas looked very clean with some super arty finishes. Our apartment on the 4th floor was great with an odd few quirks! The fitted kitchen is great but had no water supply to the sink nor was... More

It isn't as artistic as the name implies. Rooms are very tiny, location is fine, service is normal. Breakfast varied everyday, one day the breakfast had only cheese and ham and bread was out, another orange juice and croissants were very fresh. Its a good stay however not for the value of what you pay. The bar underneath is very... More

Currently there's a problem with heating system in the whole hotel. We noticed when we got inside our very cold room, nobody informed us about this matter when checking - in... unbelievable two days waiting for fixing this issue and nobody knows if it will be ok.

Took my girlfriend to the Art Dulac for her birthday and first trip to Amsterdam, and have to admit it was totally faultless. I've stopped at some great places in Amsterdam, but nothing really comes close to this. Less than a 10 minute walk from the station, the location was ideal and the staff were perfectly polite. The room was... More

First of all, this Hotel is perfectly located; just between the Red Light District and Jordaan area. Perfect for exploring the city. Rooms are modernly furnished and clean; a bathroom is very spacious. The Bar/Restaurant in the ground floor is a very cozy place to sit there and have a drink, however the food is below average and not worth... More

Booked a room online on New Years Day. Walked to find the hotel which was easy enough, but upon arrival was informed they had double booked and had given the room we had already reserved away. The receptionist gave us no help in finding another hotel, so we were forced to take ourselves and our luggage elsewhere. VERY inconvenient and... More
