Great location, friendly staff. The room we stayed in was at the back of the hotel with a pleasant view of a church and traditional style homes..only negative was the church clock chimes every hour. This is my second visit to Amsterdam we decided on this hotel as its a short 10min walk from the central station...we didn't try the... More

It was only a small little quirky place, but it was a long a really great road with nice restaurants, cafes, dessert places etc and it was only a short 10 minute stroll to the city, and 10 minutes to Anne Frank's house. It was perfect! Our stay definitely contributed to us having a great couple of days in Amsterdam.

Very centrally located between the Keizergracht and the Prinsengracht channels, within walking distance from the Central Railway station and Anne Frank house, this hotel is well managed by a friendly and prompt to help staff but is not deserving the four stars level they advertise for. Walls in our standard double room were visibly marked (they said they are going... More

Firstly, the staff where amazing, friendly and very helpful. Location was brilliant. We booked a junior suite which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. However, the hotel was very noisy with load music coming from the neighbouring bars, until gone 2 in the morning despite the soundproofing as advertised. Also could hear other quests talking and moving around in... More

Great friendly welcome but not very attentive staff. Minimal room, great bed and toiletries but not even mineral water in the room and a half empty compliments tray. Great location and stylish hotel bar, but overall I was disappointed for the price.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple and I have to say I wasn't too impressed. The location is good and only took us 10 minutes from the station however there is no way it is 4 star! The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is a lovely modern wet room but there were marks all over... More

We spent 2 nights in this lovely boutique hotel in the Historic Centre of the city, very easy to walk to historic buildings and large shopping centers. The staff were very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The room was lovely, very trendy and modern, with a large comfortable bed, table and chairs, coffee and tea making facilities, small cups though, and... More
