The hotel is situated very close to the tram link (less than 1 minute walk) which takes you right in the heart of the city. €7 for a 24 hour tram pass was a bargain. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff were friendly. No swimming pool at the hotel but of course the price reflects that. £80 for a... More

We booked this hotel even after reading all the negative reviews and I'm so happy that we did! The metro is right outside the hotel (maybe a 2 min walk), the area isn't as bad as what some people describe it, we stayed there for 1 week and had absolutely no problems. The check in was very easy, receptionist was... More

We stayed here for four nights at the beginning of October to have a bit of a get away an also celebrate my birthday.:) When booking the hotel we were a little weary of all the negative reviews that were on here, however upon arrival we must have been staying a completely different hotel. The check in was quick and... More

If you book this hotel expecting four stars accommodation and service, I think you’ll be disappointed. Looking on the bright side, the hotel was recently refurbished, it is located seven tram stops from Amsterdam’s Central Station and offers a reasonable price compared to other hotels in the city. The not so bright side: * Besides instant coffee and tea, no... More

The moment you enter this brand new hotel, you’ll feel welcome. The staff is very helpful and polite. Even the standard rooms are spacious, with a good bed, a sofa, a desk, a large flatscreen television, an ironing board including an electric iron. The bathroom is modern with an excellent shower. The whole place is crisp and clean and the... More

Grate staff, but expect small rooms, (When i was there they only cleaned the rooms once a week) expensive crapy food and don't wonder to far out at night. Gangs of middle eastern thugs like to hang out in the park. Not a safe neighbourhood at all. Use the shuttle and try not to go out alone, skip the food... More

We stayed here from 1st - 4th october room 606, everything about the stay was perfect. From shuttle bus both ways to and from airport, room, location, staff especially Celesta. We only paid about £10 more than were quoted for some of less desirable establishments (were quiet shocked when we came across these) Thanks again to all staff for lovely... More

Large bathroom with both a bath and shower cublicle. The hotel resaurant was on the 17th floor with the best views. Food was excellent. If I had to leave a critiicism, it would be at... More
