It was in a great location. Right by a tram stop and about 3 blocks from Rembrandt square. This is right on a popular canal and the building was the old style with narrow staircase. That was part of the charm. The room (for 3 adults) was small but adequate. No air conditioning but a nice tower fan. Our only... More

Clean and spacious Room even for 4 people. Easy access to the tram station. Free and fast WiFi. Halal Restaurant just 2 tram station stop towards Amsterdam Centraal. Easy access to various tourist attraction sites via tram. Make sure you buy 3-day pass for the public transport.

At the ITC Hotel we were assigned a room across the street from the main hotel, into a recently purchased "apartment" building. Room was large with separate bedroom area, needs to be updated for real hotel feel, relaxing and seating. Great for a single night as we enjoyed the area. Walking distance to Rijsmuseum, etc.

I loved staying here! The rooms are comfortable, just what we needed for a nice three person stay. The tram station is just outside the hotel and tram 4 takes you to dam square in about 5 minutes. The hotel management / staff, on request, helped us with our luggage, provided a compatible battery adaptor for a small fully refundable... More

Stayed here for a long weekend with my girlfriend - was clean but very basic, around 20 minutes from the central but the tram stop is right outside the hotel so was never a problem also can purchase Tram cards to save money.. Staff are friendly and helpful - was a little worried when reading reviews I would be put... More

I was satisfied with my stay here. I got an Expedia rate for about $50 a day, that was no problem. However it said that the standard price was over $100 a day, which would not be worth it. I got a small room in a basement, a bit charming but not really what was expected. The bed was the... More

Of course I should not have booked it for my business trip, but I don't care for upmarket stuff and I love where it's located, so what the heck. But the place is so sleezy and the room dreadful and damp, you feel you just want to kill yourself. Brief summary: no water pressure, near to zero cable signal, floor... More

Me and my friends stayed here for her birthday.. all in our twenty's.. this was my third time in Amsterdam and this was defiantly the best hotel I have stayed in. 4 of us shared a room. Very spacious. Didn't eat here so cant judge the food. Very steep stairs but this is the same across most of Amsterdam. Perfect... More

Decided to book just over a week here. Not only did I not get the room I asked for: I asked for 2 double rooms, ended up wit one double and one twin share. When confronting the manager in regards to this he tried to deny their mess up despite the evidence of me paying for 2 double rooms and... More
