Hotel staff helpful. Quiet room on side of hotel but overlooked residential homes interiors. Tram ride to centre 10/15 mins - stop close to hotel. Rooms functional - not 4*. Toiletries = hand soap dispenser & shower/hair gel dispenser. No toothpaste/shoe clean/ shower cap etc.. Rooms clean. Breakfast good but same every day €12.50 pp if booked at hotel. No... More

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as a party of 6. The hotel is located near different tram routes so it is easy to get around to both attractions & the airport. It takes about 20 mins to get into Amsterdam Central. The hotel is clean & well decorated. The black out blinds in the rooms are amazing.... More

A well appointed hotel. Good rooms and even though we were at the front of the hotel any noise from the road was barely audiable. When booking we asked for a ground floor room as one of our paty has mobility issues. This was provided without the need to prompt. The rception staff were more than happy to help us... More

We stayed here for four nights in August. The hotel is stunning and although it's about a 30-45minute walk from the centre of the city it's in a good location. The tram stop is directly in front of the hotel, a post office just a few doors down and a shop that's open late across the road. Our room was... More

Stayed for 3 nights. Nothing special. In my opinion not worth the tram journey (which is more like 20-25 mins not 7 as hotel advertise). If was choosing again I would pick nearer to centre but still on tram route. Breakfast OK, all self serve - eggs terrible - but rest ok. The concierge (not the young one) was very... More

I know my title sounds a bit contradictory, but I'll start off with the Hotel first. We had booked this through a last minute website and wasn't sure about what it would be like. When we arrived at the local train station it only took us 5 minutes to find the hotel and was in very close walking distance which... More

The hotel was good, a bit further from the action of downtown but also has good bus service. What really stood out was the morning concierge Marcel. He helped us with bus routes, suggested wonderful country side towns, and was all around jolly and nice. We vote " Marcel for hotel president"!!

Having spent this weekend in Amsterdam we found the manor a fantastic hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. It's location is quiet but within distance of the busy Rembrandt square/dam and leidsestraat. The number nine tram a few yard outside the door takes you to central station every 15 mins. And at 12 euros for 24 hours use is... More

This was a long weekend booked as a birthday present for my fiancee and when we arrived on her birthday, early for check in too, we were given a free upgrade to a junior suite on the top floor with a great view of the gardens and over the rooftops of Amsterdam. It was easy to get to the hotel... More

The hotel is beautiful with funky wall paper & carpet. The rooms are large & nice. The maids are efficient. Hotel is a about 20 minutes away from Centraal Station by tram. I can't really comment on the staff as they didn't really say very much to us apart from morning & evening.
