Good points - Excellent location. City Cafe superb for dinner. Helpful and friendly staff. Not so good - Courtyard-facing room very claustrophobic. Asked to change but no availability. Housekeeping inadequate. Room was not properly serviced during our four nights' stay. Reception very slow with long queues.
