Stayed one night. Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Only complaint was that room, which was small, was on two levels. Lots of walking up and down fairly steep stairs to use the bathroom, etc. A minor complaint though.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a perfect location. The hotel is situated along the canal close to plenty of lovely restaurants & next to the shopping area. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel staff is very friendly.

Coming from Crete, we arrived at the hotel at 3 in the afternoon, The front desk staff was gracious and helpful. We were escorted around the hotel by the manager and then he gave us tickets for a concert that night sponsored by Sail, a tall ships convention in town. The room was quiet, comfortable, had all the amenities that... More

The Dylan Amsterdam is located in a perfect neighborhood – on a residential canal close to restaurants and shopping. Though small, our room was so incredibly comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the hotel staff was welcoming and professional. This hotel is the epitome of posh and discretion. Looking forward to our next stay at... More

We had a group of 6 in 3 Junior Suites. The suites were absolutely great. The staff was extremely helpful as one of our group did not receive their luggage when we arrived in Amsterdam. They went beyond to assist in helping to assure we had the luggage and made it to our ship on time. The concierge arranged a... More

High end hotel, private, excellent service! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to avoid the overcrowded and generic types of hotels. The staff was incredibly professional, and able to meet your every need. Additionally, the location is perfect.

What a perfect place to spend three nights in Amsterdam in our way back from safari in Tanzania. Excellent room facing the canal, quiet with fine amenities. The staff was very helpful, including recommending a visit to the Anne Frank museum when we arrived early and our room wasn't ready. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The whole experience was a... More

The location and view unbeatable. The rooms are well appointed and spacious by Amsterdam standard. Helpful with our luggage. The F&B service can sometimes be slow and not very warm. Cold and efficient the Dutch way I guess. Lovely property overall with price to match.

I recently spent two nights at a suite at The Dylan and was very pleased by the hotel environment, staff and dining. My accommodations were lovely and my bed was oh so comfortable. "What's the age of your child? Our restaurant is very fine dining, maybe it's better for you our brasserie" This the email of the restaurant when we tried to reserve a table. Ok.
