The Sharm Hotel is very basic in what it offers, but as I paid only £120 for 4 nights stay I cannot complain. The room was immaculate, the bathroom also. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were offered towels and for our rooms to be cleaned/ beds changed. If you are looking for somewhere to rest your head that... More

I visited the Sharm Hotel with my fiance for a weekend city break and personally thought it was excellent value. We were slightly caught out arriving, we had a nightmare travel due to the french air strike and the journey to Amsterdam was not pleasant although this was no fault of the hotel. We arrived in the middle of the... More

We stayed here as backpackers, and we did not expect much, but the man was lovely and am absolute stand out of our trip! As a result we will always remember our great time in Amsterdam because of his friendly and helpful service. We will never forget him! The rooms were warm and sunny and clean. Just perfect!

I stayed here only for a night. The single room is very very small (only the space for the bed and a little table), but just to sleep it was enough. The hotel is in the really centre, so it is perfect for this point of view. My room was on the back so I didn't percieve much noise, apart... More

We stayed at the Sharm hotel and while the rooms are small, it's all about the location. It's within easy walking distance to most locations including Ann Franks house, which is only a few minutes walk away. As others have said (and is true with many buildings in this area) there's approximately 37 stairs before you reach reception and then... More

We stayed only for one night. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they explained everything to us about the attractions and gave us a little map too with the hotel's address, just in case after a few drinks we got lost..that's just what we needed ha! We required an adaptor and a hairdryer and they had both, which was... More

The hotel is tiny, but has everything you need, great location and is clean and quiet. Just make sure you bring you own shampoo and shower gel, cause you do not get that. Apart from that is a pretty good value for money.
