I just love this place! The entrance is beautifull with plants. You enter through the art gallery. At that moment an artist was working there. Nice guy. The house is old. It has some nice old details, but a new stairs that go up to the room in front. The room is large and light. The owner is very nice.... More

Pros: good location, near Anne Frank, beautiful street, canal room spacious, bed comfortable. Cons: Bar nearby noisy on weekends till 3a.m. (Canal Room) Owner only accepts bank transfer full payment. Bank transfer cost $45.00 and then she wants us to pay her bank fee as well. This is advertised as a B&B but there is no breakfast. Only hot water... More

We have enjoyed three stays at Casa Luna over the past three years, each of which was a quintessential Amsterdam experience. The B+B is located in the heart of the city, on a beautiful canal perpendicular to the main canal ring and convenient to the Jordaan and most of central Amsterdam. At the heart of Casa Luna is Maud, the... More

We spent three days in Amsterdam and stayed in Casa Luna. Our host was great, she gave us the key of the house and let us discover de city freely. The area is very closed to the centre of the city, like 10 minutes walking. I am sure we will go back in our next opportunity!

Visited this marvelous b&b on my stay in Amsterdam and found it very special to live in a 17th century beautifully renovated building, great ambiance in the heart of the city, wonderful view overlooking the canal. I found the huge downstairs kitchen full of atmosphere and very handy. The hostess Maud Verbruggen was very welcoming and helpful. definitely a place... More

what a little gem is this beautiful canal house... the entrance being an art gallery, a very large sitting/living room at the ground level, we stayed in the 1st floor canal view room - great! the room is big and very comfortable even has a small dinning table and still not cluttered. A small entrance and bathroom! all in all... More

Perfect location in a typical old Grachten-house from 1616 (!), just 200m from the center of Amsterdam - will give you 100% Amsterdam feeling. We had the room with Grachten-view, 1st floor. Typical narrow stairway as in all Grachtenhouses (better use small suitcases). The room was very clean and nicely renovated with a modern, large enough bathroom. The room itself... More

Casa Luna is the perfect location for a stay in Amsterdam, and Maud Verbruggen the perfect hostess. Casa Luna is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in the Jordaan district near the Anne Frank House. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within a short walk. Dam Square is a 15 minute walk. Tram and bus lines are available... More

Went there with a friend for a weekend. We walked from the station (15 min) not easy with the suitcases but feasible. Lovely area. Quiet. Maud gave us some very good advice for visits. We had one of the back rooms with a tiny bathroom.Very quiet, quite charming in a way, but simple. Not far from Anne Frank's house. We walked... More
