It is a dirty, disgusting place. When you walk in the building the smell is so bad that you want to walk out straight away. I could not stay in this place even for an hour that I repaid for another hotel. With the same amount of money we stayed in a 3 star, beautiful place.

Hotel Iris was the most unwelcoming hotel I've ever visited. It starts with an unclear note at the door, saying one should do the checking in in a different hotel; that's also where breakfast is served. surpringly ok room, beds are very narrow. Great hot shower. Hotel is a building site. Very steep stairs.

The 1 & only good about this building is location. Dirty hall and rooms, common bath, not friendly staff - that's what we got there.

On arrival one is greeted with horrible tired stained dirty threadbare torn red carpet. There is a stale smell filtering from inside front door to top floor landing. On opening hotel room door one is also greeted with the same smell. Overhead lights above bed not working. In one wall was large hole filled only with toilet paper. One of...
