The hotel was easy to find by taking the number 69 bus from the airport. The hotel is on the bus and tram lines so convenient location for heading out and about. No Problems with check in / out. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the breakfast was nice. Couldn't comment on the meals in the evening as we... More

Check in was a challenge, they tried to convince me we didn't have a reservation even when I showed her my confirmation number. Breakfast was good, typical eggs, bacon, fruit, cheese, salami, etc. nice espresso machine that you made your own style of whatever coffee you wanted. Room was adequate, nothing good or bad other than no view other than... More

A short drive from Amsterdam Schipohl airport, around 25 minutes. Check-in process was smooth, receptionist was very efficient. Rooms were clean and quite spacious considering there was three of us in the one room. Bedding configuration was three single beds. Restaurant was average, the mixed salad and chips were great although our lasagna and vegetable fried rice not so much.... More

Was a lovely hotel the staff were kind and there English was fab.. The Rooms were very clean but was shame there were two single beds instead of a double. The distance from the centre was 20 minutes on the bus/tram which was a drain.. ONE BAD POINT- when we collected the room card and went into our room, we... More

Stayed one night to visit Amsterdam.... Nice hotel, quite dated, very 70's Rooms were ok, we looked out over the water. I never ate at the hotel and the bar was closed. Staff were helpful. Took about 35 mins to travel by tram to get to Amsterdam dam square. 40 Euros for cab to airport. Ok to rest your head

This hotel is very far away from Central Amsterdam, it takes about 20 minutes by tram that you have to change. My first impressions of the hotel was that maybe it was an old dormitory of some sort, I've never seen the bed layout the way these were and there was no fridge. The room was clean enough but the... Can't say I am a fan. The location is in a less than affluent area of town and a long way from central. There is a tram stop out front, but all things considered, don't be fooled to thinking it is easy to get to and from, a taxi will cost you just under 30euro. Room was the smallest hotel... More

This hotel was the first hotel we stayed in on a 2 week tour through Europe. The quality and service was memorable. I wish the quality of the rest of the hotels we ventured to were even close to this one. The hotel is located a short distance from the middle of Amsterdam, only about a 15 Euro cab ride.... More

Hotel was clean, staff were really friendly, one cleaner even ran down the road after us to offer us better directions, our room was a really really good size, bigger than our friends but there's was big enough too! Didn't have breakfast but food smelt nice. The only massive problem with this hotel was the location,it was 20 mins away on a bus and... More

Dear Kt H, Thank you for completing the survey regarding your resent stay in our hotel. We are glad to read that you enjoyed your time in Amsterdam and that we exceeded your expectations. Unfortunately the taxi's in Amsterdam are very expensive. Therefor we do recommend to travel by public transport or to rent a bike. We hope to see... More

Have stayed here twice now within the last 12 months, first with my boyfriend then just come back with my friend. Both times were faultless. Picked mainly because of the worldwide brand. The location is a bit out of the city but only like 15-20 mins tram ride into the centre. Convenient transport from the airport as well, Bus 69... More
