I stayed at Hotel Venlo for several weeks over the summer. For business travelers, this is probably the best hotel in Venlo given the amenities, including the full service restaurant and bar. However, this is a rather plain location spit distance from the A67 and the A73 but 45 minutes away walking from the town center. Also, they have excellent... More

I've been to this hotel 5 times with 52 other people, from koi clubs around England, who have returned for 2 nights stay, all of witch have enjoyed their stay. Most of the time we only had breakfast, on this occasion we all had the evening buffet with a good range of starters & main courses. .

From the ease of finding free parking a couple of paces away from the main door, to the friendly and professional service, the comfortable and spacious fully equipped room, the excellent restaurant and the fresh clean air in the surrounding area, this hotel should be rated 5 star. On our next visit to the area, even if our intended destination... More

Hotel clean, bright, fresh and looks new, room very nice, But, here is the reason for no 5 - no tea/coffee making facilities or mini-bar, have to buy cold drinks from the machine by the lift everything including water, Euro 2. A nice restaurant, where you can eat outside on the terrace, very good breakfast mostly self -service, heaps of... More

Hotel has fantastic wifi, free from KPN. Used it for work (VPN) and Internet. Room was very nice, big Samsung TV, and mini bar (empty so you can use as a fridge). Breakfast is a nice buffet, fresh fround coffee and fresh squeezed oranges. Best rooms are comfort rooms low numbers to be a little away from any traffic noise.

The hotel is situation very close to the motorway with easy access and plenty of parking. It is about a 30 minute walk into the market town of Venlo but there is also a good bus service from outside the town. The hotel is not the most picturesque but don't let that put you off. Our room was extremely comfortable... More

Having arrived early friday evening after a 16hr trip we were very pleasantly surprised to see what met us.j Expecting a budget chain, what a lovely hotel. Bedrooms comfy, huge beds, immaculate white sheets, bathrooms with a shower almost walk-in size, big enough to act as a double I'm sure, should economy of water saving be an issue!!! Nice not... I've stayed at the Hotel Venlo multiple times and it is always a good experience. The location is very convenient to the motorway but a bit far from downtown. The rooms are a bit sparse but very functional and clean with comfortable beds. The restaurant is also very good for dinner! I had the mussels on my last trip and... More

We stayed at Van der Valk Hotel in their very spacious bridal suite. The hotel itself was clean and offered free parking/Wi-Fi and a comfortable bar and restaurant. The room had a huge luxury bathroom, king bed, seating area and modern facilities. It is the ideal and affordable choice for a romantic break, special occasion, wedding night or a honeymoon.... More
