Like others i also stayed here as part of an Andre Rieu concert package. The hotel is a converted monastery and i have to praise the designers who carried out this project they done a wonderful job. The hotel is perfectly located a short distance from the Vrijthof. The food and wine i enjoyed and the staff were very efficient... More

Have just had two nights at this beautiful hotel again. We were greeted by lovely front of house staff and a nice touch was a welcome note in the room. The rooms once again were well equipped and I would have liked to have brought the pillows home with me. The food is of very good quality and the service... More

Like many others we visited this hotel as part of an Andre Rieu package. An extraordinary and very successful melding of a contemporary hotel in a ?14th century monastery. Avoid a second floor bedroom if you have knee problems as the room is up a very tight staircase in the eaves of the property. The welcome was superb and service... More

Stayed as Andre Rieu package. Our room on ground floor was absolutely perfect. Constructed around a grand old church the modern hotel concept fits perfectly within. There are lifts to provide access to upper floors so don't understand complaints about a stairs. Perfectly located Very close to everything. It was a beautiful 5 star experience that I would recommend to... More

We booked 2 rooms and they were designed differently. A mixture of the church's traditional structure with a modern twist of art, low ceiling above our beds and friendly staff, makes our stay pleasant. We also enjoyed the wine bar besides the reception.

We stayed here with the Andre Rieu "experience" in July 2013 and we would say that the hotel is worth a visit just for the experience. The rooms are all different and there was substantial use of modern glass sliding doors in ours with the lavatory directly opposite the end of the bed. It was a bit of a struggle... More

Wonderful design and ambience. Great location. Great service. Room is modern standard hotel, unlike lobby that is fantastic church. Ask for a map from reception and there is 2 square nearby to find some nice restaurants and shopping area.

Our entry to our second floor bedroom began with climbing narrow steep steps; on our 13th step landed a cathedral ceiling room. This hotel was an authentic cathedral but with today's price (weaken currency vs euro) and medieval space & plumbing problems (both leaky vanity sink & bath tub's small glass door did not stop wetting the bathroom floor).... Not... More

We spent three nights here while attending a conference at the MEC. The setting of this hotel is amazing: a restored church repurposed in high modern design as a boutique hotel. The rooms are starkly modern, and the bathroom is huge and luxurious, with lovely large fluffy towels. It is partitioned off from the bedroom with a glass partition, so... More
