2nd time we've stayed here and again the rustic charm and attentive staff made it special. We stayed in room 1 this time and just felt it needed a bit of maintenance e.g the door lock intermittently worked, the safe did not work, there was a hole in the wall above the bath. That being said we will return because... More

2 Couples stayed 3 wonderful nights at this charming heritage Hotel. The Host (Jules) was just as charming as the Hotel - very helpful and served a great breakfast. Rooms were spacious and super clean . Location was perfect for the Andre Reiu concert, minutes away from the venue. The Hotel had everything we needed- even a Jar of Gummy... More

Stayed here for one night before a Andre Rieu concert. The hotel is located in the Old Town a short stroll from the Vrithof. The hotel is a converted old building but retains all of its character. If you are looking for a great hotel in a peaceful location and central to everything this is the place to stay. The room... More

This hotel is located at a quiet neighborhood but close to main square, nice restaurants and cafes at Maastricht. It's stylish and the staff is very friendly. The only disadvantage is the lack of elevators. But they are happy to help with luggage if you need any time during the night or along the day. There's also good coffee, cappuccinos,etc... More

We stayed one night at this hotel and we enjoyed it. The host is super friendly and helped us with everything we needed.. The plus point is definitely the location.. Everything is by walking distance.. There was a parking ( paying ) spot next to the door.. So no stress to find a parking space.. The rooms were not super... More

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Les Charmes in Maastricht last week and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet, typical cobble-stone street closed to the old town. The hotel is unique, very comfortable, beautifully decorated. The rooms are cozy and very peaceful and extremely quiet. The breakfast was as much a pleasure to... More

My fiancé and I have just been to Maastricht Carnival and spent two nights in this delightful hotel. The high ceilings, tall windows, decor and furnishings are just amazing and full of character......I didn't want to leave the building! Staff were very helpful regarding where to eat, directions and offer of booking taxis and restaurants, giving out their number for... More

This was my first time here, since I usually stay with the competition beginning with K. Arriving on a Sunday night, I was a little surprised to be confronted with a buzzer and an answerphone. Your key, it said, was waiting for you in the lobby. And so it was. This is an old house in the centre of town.... More

We had a lovely stay at this hotel during the time of Andre Rieu's concert in Maastricht this year. The owner, Jules, spoilt us with help about where to go to eat, advice about Maastricht and hosted us with aplomb and enthusiasm. The hotel was in a very central position, clean and welcoming. The breakfasts were superb and the rooms large... More
