Bedrooms are very low end equipped and the carpet had multiple stains. No plug in the sink and very bare room. Bed is comfortable however. Breakfast is very over-priced for the quality & selection and there generally was only one person cleaning the tables so at 7.30 most tables had dirty crockery. The food in the evening was good quality... More

This hotel is really average. Ok service. Ok rooms. Nothing special. Family weekend in family rooms. Restaurant is not great. (very little service and waiting a long time). Just to get a plate of food, missing ingredients. Breakfast needs to be included in the price. Very expensive for the offer.

Hotel located at the entrance of Maastricht. Although the area is not worth to stroll around you may go by taxi within 10 minutes to Frijthof (Maastricht centre). Hotel provides good services for private and business trips

Overall the quality of the hotel was excellent. In particular the quality of the food and it had some nice touches like the Bubble and Bite package on our room deal.Shuttle bus available to the town centre but needs to be booked in advance.Otherwise a pleasant 20 mins walk to town.

I booked this hotel as we had ticket to see andre rieu not knowing that this hotel was a "andre rieu" selected hotel so most of the guests were there for the same thing. the location was just outside of the main centre but they do have a good contract rate with a very good taxi firm to get you... Really enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful to our large party. The rooms were clean and spacious, with enormous baths. Loved the quirky design features including the pool table, the Statue of Liberty and the interesting deigns in the gents' toilets.

Really clever design, lots of quirky little features and much more interesting than most standard hotels! Rooms were a little more classically designed, but still clean, modern and comfortable. A lovely bar area, with outdoor seating was perfect given the lovely weather we experienced and the need for a cold beer at the end of the day!

The design of the hotel is nice. It is quite big and the staff is friendly and cooperative. BUT the room was NOT clean (hair everywhere especially in the bathroom!), NOT well maintained (masking tape on the shower) and quite 'cold' industrial design. Quite a variety on TV channels from different countries and wifi reception was good. Breakfast was ok... More

The one thing that disappointed me with the hotel was the breakfast. The quality of what is offered is good, however the point is that there really is not a lot that is offered and the reason this was so disappointing was that it was 18 Euro per person per day. This to me felt slightly high for the scarce... More

We stayed here for one night only but everything was very good. Big rooms, comfortableand clean. Nice shower too and decent shower gel! The breakfast was really nice! Parking was very easy - 15 euros per night. The only bad thing to say is that their Wi-Fi is really bad but all the rest was very good and I would... More
