We arrived on a hot summer day in July and were shown to a top floor room which was extremely hot. The gentleman switched the fan on and advised us to keep the curtains shut to keep the room cool, and implied the windows didn't open. We then found the safe was faulty and reported it. Someone tried to fix... More

We paid for a Superior Double room and were given a very small, hot room on the 3rd floor. There was no air con and no lift. The fan in the room that was on constantly for our two day stay just about made the heat tolerable. We were given a friendly welcome and there was secure parking (very tight... More

Before I get started into the review proper please have a look at some of my other reviews so that you can see that I normally try to be fair about the places I stay. I stay on business in hotels for 80 to 90 nights a year so I'd like to think I have a reasonable background and know... More

Extra charges exceeded 15% of the room price that I paid through hotels.com. I was charged additionally for breakfast (after being reassured by a staff member that it is included in the price), drinking water that was standing on the table and not in the mini bar. Be prepared also to pay additional service charge that is mentioned only in... More

We liked this hotel on our two night stay in April. The quirky decor is charming and the location is good. I thought breakfast was ok, not great as everything seemed in minature. Side plates to eat cooked breakfast from. I loved the crockery, the bed linen and furnishings. The mixture of antiques and modern art make the hotel different... More

My daughter and I stayed here for one night last week on a shopping/sightseeing trip to the city. The hotel took some finding and we ended up parking in the Q Park city parking underneath the shopping centre very near to the hotel it cost us €25 for 24hours. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and... More

This hotel is so pretty and it smells nice! I thought everything was so nice. It's really unique in that a lot of the decor is actually for sale, it's like a little shop. There's a lounge/bar and I love the Moroccan style of decor and the breakfast area is so gorgeous. You can sit outside, I love the patio,... More

I stayed here with my husband who always stays here on business. He was disappointed that the rather ecleptic styled room had been redecorated and of course I was delighted!! It had a elegant but modern feel to the room, big and spacious with lovely views over the river. Breakfast was great in beautiful antique mish mash surroundings. We also... More

This is a good option to stay in Maastricht. It's perfectly located, 2 minutes from the City Hall (beautiful square), and near a good offer of restaurants. It was a 15th century convent, and it mantains the old spirit and charm. The rooms are comfortable. The one i am in is small, but warm and very silent during the night.... More
