Unfriendly and very strict policy against customers and unwilling to make the relevant changes in the reservation. This cost me a couple of hundred euros. Conclusion: not recommendable. There are more than enough other hotels in Maastricht.

The hotel is just around the corner of the Vrijthof. Recently redecorated and the lobby gives you the atmosphere of the Art Deco period. But with all the modern features. With a small lounge with coffee& tea facilities. The rooms are good and modern. With desk, toilet and a separate shower. The continental breakfast is more then sufficient. The best... More

Part of the Amrath Group of hotels, it is an art deco style hotel in am older building in the inner city, with everything at walking distance. You could easily imagine this hotel in Paris...Simple lobby/entree with a side room that has a coffee machine and from where you can get some wine or soft drinks/juice/pre-packaged snacks. The older style... More

The hotel is easy to find, very centrally located with large rooms, friendly reception with tea and coffee etc available in the lobby. Free wifi with a printer was a good facility to have. Spotlessly clean everywhere. On negative side, the rooms were bland (drab) with no toiletries, other than a push-the-bag soap/shampoo at the sink and at the bath,... More

Hi, hello, we went to Maastricht and we stayed 2 days in this very central Hotel in Maastricht, walking distance from the shoppings streets, and inside the real "old stadt" old city center. The hotel has an Art Deco/ Industrial design inside, you can see from many little details (stairs, doors, lift) altought it needs - as my personal opinion... More

The hotel is very clean and very accessible to all routes. It has no bar but sell some wine and beer at reception. I didn't,t find this comfortable but to the front of the hotel is Gauchos Wine bar it is a lovely place to sit and chill after walking all day, a little bit pricey!. The reception staff appear... Went to Andre Rieu concert and used this hotel, which was superb as it was right on the square and only had to walk a very short distance. If you are going to an event in the square if you book early enough there are rooms that overlook the square.Breakfast was a real threat with all needs catered for

Hotel is old-style with old carpets, but very clean. My room was spacious and quiet (I had asked for a quiet room). Bathroom is very spacious. Installations, cleanliness etc. were impeccable. My only complaint would be the very soft matress. Breakfast was OK, but not exceptional (pretty lousy coffee for Dutch standards). Cost-benefit is reasonable.

hi. I've thought long and hard about writing this review. I don't want to set out to tarnish the reputation of anything i guess. I stayed one night in early july with my brother and a friend. We went out for the night, i returned to the hotel, my friend then came back a little worse for wear and was... More

The rooms in this hotel are very dated, but being in such a central location was absolutely superb. The toilet in our room was also very bizarre in that it was as if the bowl was backwards and had a ledge in it. The shower temperature fluctuated a bit. Wifi was expensive, but McDonalds (with free Wifi) was next door.
