We stayed at the Courage in Nijmegen for one night in February 108 Euro for a river-view room incl breakfast (parking garage 8Euro / day) The hotel is located centrally next to the city’s casino on the river. Travelled by train through Holland: this hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the station and an interesting walk too - though we didn't have much luggage which made it easier. The view over the park from our room was very pleasant, and although they only serve breakfast there are many places to find dinner/drinks just along the river bank.... more

Great location down by the river with great river views. The road was a little too loud to keep our window open all night, but the A/C was really good and quiet. Bathrooms were large and clean with a large shower. We loved sitting at cafes on the river or even in our room and watching the river barges heading... more

Stayed at Hotel Courage in 2004 after it had just opened. Having stayed there again recently, I was impressed that this hotel is still as clean and pleasant as it was 2 years ago. Going to Holland for a job interview and speaking no Dutch, I was pretty scared. However the staff at the hotel bent over backwards to help. Their english was as good as mine ! Definately recomended more
