I'm lying in this fabulous comfortable bed as I write this on our last night here. This is a fantastic hotel, lovely friendly helpful staff on reception and the two chaps in the bar/ restaurant on the evenings have been brilliant! Room 102 superior room is awesome. Best bed I've ever slept in. Food at breakfast was lovely but evening... More

stayed overnight on business. Great hotel, very efficient and good for internet etc. Only ate breakfast in the hotel but this was perfect for my requirements. Will stay again when next in town. Central location could not be better. On site parking a great bonus.

stayed for 3 nights on a trip with my mother to the war cemetery just over the border in Germany. Very easy to get to on the train, having flown into Schipol, and just a short walk from the station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, facilities were good and food was excellent. Didn't get much disturbance from the... More

Dear David W, Thank you for reviewing our hotel. Good to read you enjoyed your stay with us. The location next to the railway station is handy, especially when travelling on public transport, however for guests who sleep light, it is wise to advise us upfront arrival. We will be happy to allocate every guest in the room which fits... More

Fantastic experience! We spent a night in a Privilege room on the first floor which was newly renovated. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. A nice plus point was that the toilet and the shower cabin was in 2 separate sections. Furthermore, the room was quiet and we had a good night's rest. We really enjoyed... More

Stopped off for one night after the air show at Gilze Rijen before driving to Herning in Denmark for the Karup air show. The Mercure is right next to the station in the centre of Nijmegen and has a 48 vehicle car park which is important as there is very limited parking in the local area. The cost for an... More

Dear Oxtedsurrey, Thank you kindly for your review. It is good to read you enjoyed most of our hotel. Unfortunately you experienced nuisance from the guests above you. We feel sorry about this and have the idea these guests really held a party, since the floors are made of a thick concrete. Did you report this to our 24/7-front desk?... More

Stayed for 2 nights, for a business trip. The hotel is located just across the railway station but it's completely quiet. It's not far from the city center (10 to 15 min by foot). The room was clean and modern, the staff was very friendly, and you don't have to go through shenanigans to connect to the internet. The king... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Travelled from Schipol airport, train station in airport. Able to get train to Nijmegen, no change of train required. Took about one and a half hours but trains are comfortable. Location of hotel, very close to the train station but no noise of trains heard in our room. Transport links excellent, train, bus and taxi.... More

Stayed on business for 2 nights, the hotel is located next to the railway station and a short walk to the town centre. There is also a car park next to the hotel you have to pay but it's cheap. Dear EODUK, Thank you for your beautiful compliments. It is a pleasure to read you enjoyed your stay with us this much. As you probably have seen and experienced in the hotel, social and corporate responsibility is very important to us. The airconditioning in our rooms is the type 'top cooling', which is less energy consuming as regular airconditioning. Normally... More

Check-in without problems thanks to helpful, friendly efficient staff. This modern hotel is located right next to the city's main railway station. No secure basement parking, but just a private yard right next to the hotel entry. Liked the fact that electronic room-card also operates the elevator, i.e. good security. Rather cramped room. Carpeted floor. Comfortable bed. Shower with glass... More

Dear RobMalaga, Thank you for reviewing our hotel. Our parking is outdoors, though secured with barriers and camera's. At this moment we are working on plans to change all our bathrooms, so these will be much more comfortable. On the first floor we have brandnew privilege rooms. These are bigger and have even more facilities, such as a Nespresso machine... More
