I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of April 2007. The room was huge (a suite), even by American standards. Extremely strange lay out though with lots of dead space. The Belvoir is exactly how I would imagine a 1970s Intourist hotel in a medium-size Soviet city would be. From the staff that can be barely bothered to answer questions to a decor that has gone out of style at least twice to the chastely separated beds, it's all here. Nice clean hotel. Stayed their for 2 weeks last summer. Restaurant is clean and good food, but nothing to write home about! Atmosphere is OK. Close to everything...easy walk to City Center, and close to all highways. Employees were very helpful and quite friendly. Would stay there again. more

Nice hotel that will work. Rooms are comfortable but very typical European. The bright spot is the bar abd restaurant, which are terrific. Close to the downtown area as well. more
