A typical rather bland chain hotel, but quite well-presented., although the different levels made it far from ideal for the disabled. Our room was huge and the bathroom was very high spec, (if rather sterile) with bath and shower. All the staff we encountered were young, cheerful and helpful and all spoke good english.
