Stayed here for one night only luckily. Service was excellent based on the short chat we had with the helpful receptionist and quick check in time, but that's where it stops. The rooms are small and not very interesting, the shower/ toilet is in one small room with just a shower curtain separating and no shower tray so once the... More

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied about certain things at Hotel Modez. Indeed we are located next to a railway track, in one of the most popular areas of Arnhem. Very recently we did some extensive sound proofing in the hotel. Perhaps you can let us know when exactly you have stayed here and in which room..?... More

Very nice hotel and lovely staff. Beds have good mattresses (even though no topper) , instant coffee and tea, water heater for free. No mini-bar and my room was kind of small, max for one person. In the night the train is kind of noisy! It was pretty clean and breakfast was fine! In the same building is a cool... More

We stayed in "Small Double Room" for a night and it was great. The room is very unique --it is very memorable. The room is rather small but we found it to be sufficient for the short stay. The bathroom is very modern and well maintained. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is great. 5 minutes walking... More

I have stayed in this lovely hotel twice. The first time, a year ago, was already very pleasant (room 25, lovely!), but the second time was even better. They did some sound proofing in March 2015 which resulted in a super quiet hotel! We even thought we were the only ones in the hotel when it was fully booked ;)... More

My two colleagues and I changed hotels at the last minute on a busy business trip and found this lovely hotel. I have to say the Modez is one of the best, most interesting hotels I have ever experienced. Very modern, eclectic and artsy. I just loved ever part of the experience.

We had a great stay in Hotel Modez (room 1), every room is different, the staff is friendly and the service was great. Walking distance from city centre and trainstation in the middle of the "design/fashion kwartier). Breakfast was good (a lot of Fairtrade And eco products). Arnhem is a great city for a citytrip, will defenitly go back and... More

This is a quirky but excellent hotel on the outskirts of Arnhem. Our welcome including tips on how to save on parking fees was first class. We stayed in a room with a camping theme in line with the hotels individually designed designer rooms. It was very clean with a good bed and a reasonable size. We could hear the... More

A great Hotel with very nice staff. The breakfast was stunning. With fresh Orange juice, fair trade Jam and typicall dutch food. Croissants and selfmade bread. The Hotel is just within 10 minutes walk into the City. Unfortunatly the bed was a bit small for 2 persons (maybe you’re a coupple coudling all night…. Than its fine ;))

We stayed at this hotel twice and chose two different rooms. Every room is decorated differently and designed by a different designer. Room 28 is around the theme Travelling (with old laggage as drawers and hats/caps as decorative wall), room 26 shows the history of dresses (walls are painted around this theme and curtains and pillows show reproductions of old... The hotel has a great resto/ pub/ cafe at the first floor with nice choices of tap beer and whiskey. They have also loads of old books and games. We stayed in the Mini Berlin room for a night. The room is one of the smallest ones of the hotel but it was very cozy for a 1 night stay.... More
