I stayed at this self catering B&B guest house for 4 nights.... the accommodations are extremely spacious (split level apartment) with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Great bedroom with large open balcony through sliding doors. The restaurant is a local gem and deserves special mention - guest house owner and restaurant chef turns out the most amazing meals.... We ate at The Cellar on two occasions and the food is really absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the fillet and cashew crusted prawns. I will definately be eating here again if I am ever in the area.

The accommodation was faultless.Clean, quiet, easy parking, a lounge room and kitchenette attached. The crowning glory though was the restaurant. We arrived in the evening and didnt really want to have to drive anywhere again so we booked into the restaurant ('the cellar') I think it was called. We were treated like honoured guests and had a truly fabulous meal.... More

A well-equipped, neat, modern and comfortable chalet in a quiet suburb. Due to the fact that it is not entirely walled-in and the bathroom roof is low, the upstairs loft room is more suited for children/easy-going singles if the stay is an extended one. But my wife and I stayed there for one night and it was fine.

Honeywood is a setting of true tranquillity minutes from the ocean on the Hibiscus coast with modern shopping centres with facilities and other tourist attractions minutes away. Ian and Sharon have a welcoming nature yet provide the perfect balance between hospitality and privacy. The chalet I stayed in was faultless luxury and the king size bed is probably the most... More

Honeywood was the perfect stop over for our trip to Durban. We had a lovely spacious Chalet, very neat and tidy, private and in lovely quiet surroundings. Sharon served as a wonderful breakfast the morning we left, and I can recommend Honeywood to any traveler visiting Port Shepstone and surroundings.
