“good hotel - slightly overpriced”

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night on a recent business trip. it offers all the basic ameneties offered by a 3 start hotel. clean, friendly staff and decent sized rooms. problem however is that at R1200 it is overpriced when comparing to other Garden Court hotels around South Africa. More

This is the worst 4* hotel in the world!!! The speedpoints (credit cards) at the bar were not connected. Staff didn't know how to charge refreshments to our room. Rooms are very small and lack basic amenities like a hair dryer, face towels, guest services directory, writing pad & pen etc. In the morning the aircon was not working. Television... More
