I feel their staff was very unprofessional and not very helpful. This being my first trip to Switzerland, I was hoping for a memorable experience but unfortunately, the Helmhaus Hotel definitely put a damper on it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. more

I stayed here when competing in the Ironman race. Ideal location on bike and run course for the supporters when I disappeared on the bike for 2.5 hours. Very close to nightlife but very quiet when the windows are closed and air con switched on. Would recommend to everyone. Colin Price more
