The one bedroom plus kitchen was very clean but no toaster or electric kettle which would have been handy. Fairly close to the station, 3 stops on the number 31 bus and a short walk. However, we did not feel comfortable with the area, lots of seedy bars, strip clubs etc. Certainly wouldn't go out at night. May suit younger people... More

We booked a room for our first night in Switzerland, after flying form Alaska we needed somewhere to crash after the long flight. Some personal issues came up before we left on our trip and we had to adjust our stay to come home early and unfortunately move all our reservations around which was already very hard to do, having... You should only consider staying here if you can sleep with earplugs. The first night we were here, it was so noisy with people talking, screaming, laughing until 7am. Granted, we were here on a Friday and Saturday night- not sure what it would be like on the weekdays but two of us couldn't sleep the entire time. Also, the... More

A little difficult to find as the front door was located on a side alley, however, using previous reviews from trip advisor, I was able to find the property without too many issues (the side alley is also named Dienstrausse and is the first street east of Tellestrausse. The corner business is a small bar). Turn down this alley and... More

The hotel was one of the cleanest, neatest and pleasant we have every experience. The studio is full equipped with a decent range of household appliances (very useful although we did not have the chance to make full use of them). The guesthouse has no reception, which makes the whole experience rather impersonable. A lack of human touch. However, the... More

This apartment is close to main train station in an area not far from central city. On checking in we found the floor and furniture covered in biscuit, chocolate crumbs and other debris, obviously it had not been vacuumed or cleaned. We phoned the service number and was told they would get back to us which they never did. There... More

I stayed here for 3 nights in the first week of April 2014. Location is close to the Zurich HB (Main train station). Bus number 31 from behind the Zurich HB will take you in 3-7 minutes (after 3 stops). Self Check-in/out was very convenient - Good wifi reception in the room + free - Elevator facilty was there -... This was a nice guesthouse located about a kilometer from the main train station and within 2 blocks of a tram/bus line. The entry to the hotel was not easy to find. Price was very reasonably. We have a suite-like room - with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Super clean. Again, make sure you have the hotel confirmation... More

This block is in an area with strip clubs round the corner but it feels safe anyway. The wifi was easy to use and quick.Access was easy using a 5 didgit code and you get a token at the front door that lets you in.No staff. The apartment was spotless, kitchen well equiped and bedrooms basic. My only complaint is the squeeky floors. We were... Had a bit of trouble finding this guesthouse at first, because the entrance was around the corner. But got there eventually. Stayed for one night in top floor studio. Clean, spacious place with a big bathroom and ok views. Kitchen was fully equipped. It would have been nice to have some information in the room about the guesthouse and for... More
